1. Purpose and Legal Basis

The personal data provided through the contact form on this website will be processed by MILEO STEFABO to respond to your requests.

Your consent is not required for this processing, as it is in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to address your inquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing the requested data is optional but necessary to process your request. If you refuse to provide such data, the Company will not be able to consider your request.

2. Data Retention Period and Recipients

The personal data in question will be retained until the purposes described in Section 1 of this notice are fulfilled.

Once processing is complete, the data will be deleted or anonymized within the Data Controller’s IT systems and any physical archives.

Your personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties unless necessary to properly fulfill your request and, in any case, only after consulting you.

• Request the restriction of processing or object to the processing of your data;

• Exercise your right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., the Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
